Once you’ve accrued enough points, you can redeem them in your Loyalty Page; just click “Redeem” and select your reward. If you choose a credit reward, you’ll be issued store credit that will automatically apply towards your next order and will not expire. If you choose a physical object, it will arrive in 5-10 business days.

Please note that point redemptions cannot be reversed, and reward items cannot be returned or exchanged.
