We’ve updated our Website Terms and Conditions, Subscription Terms and Conditions, and our Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Terms”).
The updates to our Terms discussed below are effective on the date referenced above. Our use of your personal information from that date onward will be subject to the updated Privacy Policy.

Updates to the Website Terms and Conditions
We updated the Website Terms and Conditions to include a new section on our InnerCircle Loyalty Program.
Updates to the Subscription Terms and Conditions
We updated the list of sellers authorized to sell our Products.
We updated the billing and shipping cadence of monthly DS-01® subscriptions to four weeks in order to ensure a consistent customer experience.
We clarified the billing and shipping cadences for all Product subscriptions.
We clarified that Seed Health and its third-party payment processing providers are authorized to store your payment method(s) and to automatically charge your payment method(s) based on the delivery frequency of your subscription until you cancel.
We explained that we may change the price of a product at any time, and that we will notify you of any price changes ahead of time.
Updates to the Privacy Policy
We consolidated data retention language and added language to address requirements of new U.S. state privacy laws, such as the name of the data controller.
We added a consolidated privacy rights section to address most U.S. state privacy laws.
We updated the EEA, Switzerland, and UK privacy rights section to refine the description of privacy rights and to add information about how to file a complaint with the UK regulator.
We added a category for sensitive data in the California section to align with the information in the “Personal Information We Collect” section.
We updated language regarding the types of health data collected through quizzes to more accurately reflect the data that Seed Health is collecting.
We removed language relating to surveys as they are covered under our separate Survey Privacy Policy (circulated to members as needed).
