By law, dietary supplements and personal care products do not undergo approval by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). 

That said, the FDA does regulate and enforce dietary supplements and personal care products once they are introduced into commerce. 

Seed adheres to all FDA regulations for dietary supplements and vaginal suppositories (current Good Manufacturing Practices, or “cGMP”). Our products also exceed U.S. regulations for ingredient and finished product testing, including over 500 pesticide residues and 20 allergens.
