How do I redeem my InnerCircle points for a reward?Updated an hour ago

You can redeem your InnerCircle Points for eligible products or a $25 Seed Account credit.

To redeem points for a product:

1. Find the product you'd like and select Redeem.

2. Select Redeem and checkout to confirm your redemption.

3. You'll be taken to your cart to complete checkout.

Good to know:

• Redeeming a product enrolls you in a subscription for that product, which you can reschedule the next refill or cancel anytime.

• Make sure pop-ups are enabled in your browser so you can continue to checkout.

• Each product can only be redeemed once, and redemptions are non-refundable.

• Redeeming more than one product? Repeat the steps above for each. 

• Didn't finish checkout? Go to Points History in your Seed Account and click Finish Checkout next to the product you redeemed.

To redeem points for a $25 credit:

Click Redeem on the $25 USD credit option. Your points will be deducted and the credit will automatically be added to your Seed Account and applied to your next order. 

You can view your available credit on the Subscriptions page. Once your order has processed, you can also view the credit deduction in your Order History.
