How do I take DS-01®?Updated 3 months ago

Take 2 capsules daily, all at once. DS-01® can be taken any time of day—whatever suits your routine best. Consistent daily intake is most important. 

Note that it can be normal to experience some mild gastrointestinal discomfort while first acclimating to a new and potent probiotic, such as DS-01®. In fact, an immediate physiological reaction is a sign that our probiotics are viable and attuning to your system as they move through your gastrointestinal tract. 

This in mind, we suggest taking 1 capsule daily for the first three days before moving to two capsules daily on day 4 (or when you're ready).
