InnerCircle Points can’t be applied retroactively to an order that has already been processed. 

As long as your subscription remains active, your points won’t expire and can be redeemed towards future orders. 

To use your points toward an upcoming order, head to your InnerCircle Page and click Redeem before your next order processes.
