When first beginning a probiotic product or new health protocol, individuals may experience a temporary acclimation period. While each individual is unique, you may notice minor irritation, increased discharge, or mild discomfort while you adjust and the tablet dissolves. This may also include increased residue following tablet insertion as it can take up to one full day for the VS-01™ vaginal tablet to fully dissolve. 

To maximize comfort, we recommend inserting VS-01™ at night and wearing a liner or pad. If you are concerned about any potentially bothersome effects, or the symptoms persist or worsen, we encourage consulting with a physician.
