When do I take VS-01™?Updated 9 days ago

VS-01™ includes two parts: Reset and Sustain.

• Reset: Consists of six vaginal tablets over your first month (on days 1, 4, 7, 14, 21, and 28). Start after your period ends (spotting is okay), or any time if you do not menstruate regularly.
• Sustain: After completing the Reset protocol, you’ll continue with Sustain on an ongoing basis. Sustain consists of two vaginal tablets per month to maintain a stable vaginal microbiome and regulate pH. Start Day 1 after bleeding stops—or any time if you do not menstruate regularly.

If you miss a day, simply resume as soon as possible.

VS-01™ generally takes 12 hours to dissolve, but, everyone is physiologically unique, and natural moisture levels may impact rate of dissolution. For some, dissolution can take up to 24 hours. This in mind, we would recommend inserting the tablet after using the restroom, right before going to bed.
