When do I take VS-01™?Updated 4 months ago

VS-01™ is a two-part system designed to maximize efficacy with minimal impact on your day-to-day. 

You’ll begin with an intensive first month, Reset, a clinically-validated protocol consisting of six vaginal tablets taken on day 1, 4, 7, 14, 21, and 28. Then, continue with an ongoing Sustain protocol of two vaginal tablets (day 1 and day 14) per month to maintain a stable vaginal microbiome and regulate pH.

If you menstruate regularly, you will start VS-01™ immediately after your period when bleeding stops (spotting is okay). If you do not menstruate regularly, you can start at any time. If you experience irregular bleeding that may disrupt the protocol, simply resume where you left off after bleeding ends (light bleeding or spotting is ok). We ultimately recommend beginning Sustain 5-7 days after your last Reset tablet, and each Sustain tablet should be taken 10-14 days apart. 

If you miss a day, simply resume as soon as possible.
