Can I cancel or change an order that already processed?Updated 2 months ago

We're unable to cancel or modify an order that has already been billed. You can always reschedule your next refill to work through what you have on hand before getting another order. Note that your refills should stay fresh until you're ready to fill up your jar again, up until the expiration date printed on the pouch. If needed, you can also make further adjustments to your subscription before your next refill date.
