My order was marked as delivered, but I didn't receive it.Updated a month ago

Our DS-01® refill mailers now fit in most standard mailboxes, so please check your mailbox for your refill. 

Occasionally, packages are scanned before your local mail carrier physically drops them at your home. If this happens, you’re likely to receive your order within 24 hours of when the tracking was updated to “delivered".

We encourage you to check with neighbors, other residents of your home, your mail carrier, or unexpected drop-off locations at your residence. 

If you're still unable to locate it, please contact SeedCare with confirmation of your current shipping address or a secure alternate address, and we’ll handle the rest for you.
