My order is delayed in transit—what can I do?Updated a month ago

Occasionally, scans are missed and tracking details aren't updated—that said, your package should still arrive soon.

If your order is marked as "in transit" for longer than expected, confirm that your shipping address within your Seed Account is correct. If it is and you haven't seen movement in the next 24 hours, reach out to Seed Care for support.
