Part of my order is missing from my shipment; is this normal?Updated 2 months ago

Your order may arrive in multiple shipments if you’ve purchased multiple products at once. 

If you placed a first-time Sustainable Refill order of DS-01®, you’ll receive one shipment containing a Welcome Kit with a jar and travel vial, and another that contains your remaining supply. Subsequent refills will arrive in one shipment. 

After you’ve placed your order, head to your Order History to see how many shipments to expect. We’ll also send a shipping confirmation with tracking details for each shipment.
