If you ordered multiple products at once, your order may arrive in more than one shipment.

Start your first order with the Sustainable Refill Program (SRP)? Your DS-01® Welcome Kit that includes a jar and travel vial will arrive separately from the rest of your supply. After your first order, future SRP refills will arrive in one shipment.
