If your payment failed to process, we suggest the following:
- Confirm your payment method on file is valid, unexpired, and has sufficient funds.
- Make sure your billing address on file matches the billing address on file with your bank. Even small discrepancies can lead to a decline.
- If you're using a third-party payment processor or Shop Pay, ensure your payment details are correct and up to date in that platform.
- Try using another form of payment.
If needed, here's how to update or change your payment information. Once our system recognizes your payment as valid, it will successfully process your order.
